We proudly ship across all major cities in Pakistan and internationally worldwide. Every print and canvas is carefully rolled or framed and secured in premium, damage-resistant packaging to ensure it reaches you in gallery condition — no matter where you are.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note that any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges. For international shipping queries, contact us via WhatsApp or Email before placing your order.

Fulfillment Timelines

• Unframed Prints: Processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Framed Prints: Hand-framed to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and framing before dispatch.
• Custom Artwork: Timelines vary based on size and detail. Your custom timeline will be established during the quoting phase.
• The Healing Club: Monthly drops are shipped at the end of every month.

Returns & Damages

Due to the delicate and often custom nature of our artwork, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs of both the packaging and the artwork, and contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement for damaged goods as swiftly as possible.
